The New York Times  is reporting that interim head football coach John L. Smith is making plans to declare bankruptcy.

Smith told the Associated Press, ”There have been some sleepless nights trying to get this resolved,” Smith said. “There comes a point in time where you say ‘Enough is enough,’ and I want it cleaned up and whatever we have to do, we have to do.”

Smith is the former head coach at Louisville, and Michigan State respectively and took over at Arkansas for disgraced Bobby Petrino after a motorcycle accident revealed he had a mistress and misused Razorback funds.
