The Brandon Weeden era in Cleveland can officially begin now.
ESPN.com via the Associated Press is reporting that Weeden and the Browns agreed on four-year $8.1 million contract Tuesday morning.
The Browns hope Weeden can beat out the embattled Colt McCoy and finally give Cleveland a stability at the quarterback position that they have been longing for years.
Weeden along with newly signed running back are expected to give the Browns scoring punch and plenty of offense.
