ESPN.com via Adam Schefter is reporting that Jones-Drew is open to being traded.
Jones-Drew and his people are dug in reports suggest this hold-out could last into the regular season.
I’m not sure this is a battle the running back can win at this point. Even tho he is special, running backs are no longer the premium in today’s NFL. If MJD were a quarterback this would be a different conversation.
He’s not and today when many teams employ running back by down or committee the Jags will move on without him.
