This guys should be immediately unemployed.

An ignorant announcer at a high school football game in Alabama believes Americans who want to take part in Colin Kaepernick style protest should be shot — literally right where they stand.

“If you don’t want to stand for the national anthem, you can line up over there by the fence and let our military personnel take a few shots at you since they’re taking shots for you,” said Pastor Allen Joyner, who announces games at McKenzie High School in Butler County.

According to Denise Crowley-Whitfield — a Facebook user whose account is now deactivated, the crowd went “crazy cheering” after the comments were made per

Butler County Schools Superintendent Amy Bryan spoke out against Joyner’s comments in a statement to

“Patriotism should be a part of school events but threats of shooting people who aren’t patriotic, even in jest, have no place at a school,” she wrote in an email. “Threats of violence are a violation of school policy and certainly not condoned by the school board.”

There’s still no word on whether Pastor Joyner would suffer any actions taken against him.
