Bills Cut Karlos Williams; Possible Landing Spots

I guess he’ll have some free time to get into shape now.

The Bills made a huge move on Saturday just hours before their preseason game against the Giants, releasing second-year running back Karlos Williams.

The move came after Williams spent all of OTAs and training camp out of shape — along with his four-game suspension by the NFL for violation of the league’s substance abuse policy.

Add on the signing of Reggie Bush, and the writing was on the wall.

Here are three possible landing spots:

Miami could always use a powerful runner, especially with Arian Foster’s injury history

Bill Belichick and the Patriots can get value out of any running back.

Cleveland and RG3 could definitely use a plodding running back
