The Philadelphia Eagles and defensive tackle Fletcher Cox have agreed to a contract extension that includes the largest guarantee for a non quarterback in league history, NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport reported Monday.
#Eagles DT Fletcher Cox has agreed to a 6-year extension worth $103M, source said. $63M in guarantees. A monster deal.

Cox, 25, was selected by the Eagles in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft (12th overall) and has appeared in 64 games (58 starts) in four NFL seasons — and hasn’t missed a game over the last three seasons while becoming one of the most dominant defenders in the game.
