Eagles Announce They’ve Added Brian Dawkins to Scouting Department

One of the greatest in this cities history is set to return.

The Philadelphia Eagles announced Saturday that the club is adding former All-Pro safety Brian Dawkins to its scouting department.

Dawkins — who is the recipient of the Nunn-Wooten Scouting fellowship — will be studying and taking on roles within both the scouting and football operations departments.

The 1996 second-round pick spent the first 13 years of his career in Philly — where he recorded 34 interceptions — while earning seven Pro Bowl nods.
