Former Cowboys safety and special teams player C.J. Spillman has been convicted of sexual assault from a 2014 incident at a Dallas-area hotel — the night before a game.
It only took two hours for the guilty verdict to be passed down. According to the Associated Press — Spillman could be sentenced to 2 to 20 years in prison.
A woman told authorities that Spillman raped her on Sept. 20 2014 at the Gaylord Texan Resort, hours before Dallas departed to take on the St. Louis Rams.Powered by Sidelines
