J.R. Smith wants a seat at the table with LeBron James and his super-friends, if and whenever they decide to team up in a city near you.
LeBron James told Bleacher Report’s Howard Beck that he “would actually take a pay cut” to play alongside Melo, CP3 and D-wade for “at least one, maybe one or two seasons.”
Smith, loving the idea, campaigned for a role on the fictional team before Cleveland’s game against the Brooklyn Nets Thursday night.

“That would be dope. That’d be sick,” Smith told the New York Daily News’ Peter Botte. “I’d like to see it. I just hope they save me a spot and I’m on the team.”
