Well isn’t this just dumb?

One of the attorneys handling Johnny Manziel’s domestic violence case revealed details of his drug use — when he accidentally sent out a text to the Associated Press— where he expressed doubts about the Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback’s ability to stay clean.

The lawer said he saw a receipt that shows Manziel may have spent more than $1,000 on drug paraphernalia just hours after he was involved in a hit-and-run crash.

“Heaven help us if one of the conditions is to pee in a bottle,” the attorney wrote.

The text was sent Wednesday after the AP sought comment via text about Monday night’s crash.
