Patriots sign Safety Adrian Wilson

Adrian Wilson wanted to play three more seasons after the Cardinals released him, and the Patriots needed a hard hitter in the secondary.

Pro Football Talk is reporting that the Patriots and Adrian Wilson have agreed to a deal.

Wilson signed a three-year deal with the Patriots, Mike Jurecki of XTRA Sports 910 reports. Wilson said this week that he wants to play three more years, so if things go well he’ll end his career with the Patriots.

The twelve-year vet may be able to pull of a Rodney Harrison, and rejuvenate himself and his career.
