The Ravens are so wrong for this, yet they were so right.
With a coaching staff and front office full of savvy NFL diehards, it was shocking that the Ravens would utilize the rule book to their advantage, to milk out the final seconds of a close win over the Bengals.
Using genius only utilized on the playground — the Ravens purposely held all nine Bengals defenders who rushed on fourth down, giving punter Sam Koch enough time run out the final 11 seconds of the clock unharmed.
The penalty can’t end the game on an offensive penalty, only defensive.
