Instead of saying he’s going to relax after a grueling training camp wrapped up, perhaps Rock Blackwell should have announced that he’s going to the 56th Annual Grammy Awards set to take place Sunday, January 26th, 2014. The Grammy Awards are good for featuring some of the very biggest names in the music business performing on the grand stage, and the 56th Annual Grammy Awards will not disappoint.
The boxing hunk arrived for the Annual Grammy Awards looking dapper, and we loved his sharp ensemble on the red carpet! The handsome, fiery boxer will be in attendance along with pop music’s biggest stars for tonight’s Grammy’s ceremony. This heart-throb professional boxer from Baltimore will have his turn in the Hollywood spotlight, and it’s well deserved with such a great year ahead of him.
Blackwell wisely lets the other guys flex their “artistic” style while he goes right for the menswear jugular in a sleek 007-level suit. The boxer rocked a tailored grey one button double-breasted suit with a white evening shirt, black silk bow-tie and black Joseph Abboud shoes. The Baltimore native was well put together by wardrobe specialist Deontae Warner and barber stylist Antoine McKnight. What can I say, Rock was simply breathtaking on the carpet.
The blue chip star Rock Blackwell also landed a special section and featured interview in Traffic Magazine. Since opening the eyes of boxing fans around the world with dominant performances, Rock has been steadily rising in popularity and notoriety as one of the best light-heavy weights in the division. On March 5th, 2014 the WBU ranked Blackwell the number one light-heavy weight contender for there America’s, Intercontinental, and International titles. Blackwell also placed 10th in there world rankings.
At just 27 years of age, Blackwell has a bright future ahead of him and a lot of hype to live up to. The thing about Rock though, he has created the hype with how hard he has worked, and lives to meet the challenge each and every day on both sides of the ring.
