Shareef O’Neal, the blue chip son of Shaquille O’Neal, has committed to play basketball at the University of Arizona.
The younger O’Neal, a 6’9″, 210-pound junior power forward, is ranked No. 19 in ESPN’s rankings of the top 60 high school players in the nation. He is also ranked the No. 36 prospect in the Class of 2018 by Scout.com.
Shareef averaged 14.1 points and 7.3 rebounds last season for Crossroads High School in Santa Monica, CA.
